Not only was the staff exceptionally friendly and provided valuable advice on exploring Zakopane's attractions, but they also went above and beyond to retrieve a lost bag pack, showcasing their incredible dedication to guest satisfaction. The room was impeccably cozy, with all necessary amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
